Phase 2 is a full time commitment for participants. It is designed to allow the individual participants to make the necessary lifestyle changes to commit to their projects full time.
We will also be providing the necessary support to finalise funding and complete an individual training needs analysis.
The focus of this full time programme is to ensure that at the end of the programme you have fully tested and validated your business, and that you can present an Investor ready business plan, and be actively seeking investment to grow this company of scale.
At this stage the programme is streamlined to the specific needs of the selected group. The final content of the programme delivery will be agreed upon the completion of an individual training needs analysis. However workshops will include the following key areas:
